Esalen's trademark technique utilizes a slow, light, caressing, and intuitive touch, which heightens sensitivity and activates the dispensing of endorphins throughout your body. The result is a mind/body, multi-sensory experience.
I provide an environment that is quiet, private, and tranquil; along with subdued candle light and soothing ambient music. I use all natural, organic and non-fragranced creams and oils. Hot towels are used at the conclusion of the massage.
I am professionally educated in the non-traditional art of Esalen Massage and intuitive touch. This type of Bodywork is intensely energy based, which stimulates sensory perception and overall whole body awareness. I am exceptionally skilled at my craft and confident your experience will exceed your expectations. Because of its unique dynamics, an Esalen massage will become a delicious addiction and your massage of choice for total surrender to relaxation. Esalen massage is for relaxation.
